Game Day Perfection!

We're coming up on football season! Yay! We're so excited not only for the gorgeous football players, but also for all the fun decorations and game day parties we get to throw. We have some great ideas this football season for game day decor, so follow our lead and have just as cute decorations!

Use Mason Jars

We know recently the whole mason jar thing has been over-done, but paint them or decorate them to be used as utensil holders! Try out different colors and design them to either look like a football, a referee jersey, or a football field if you have members belonging to both teams at your soiree. If it's just one team's fans, decorate the mason jars with your team's colors. Go ahead and be supportive!

Concession Stand

Set up your food and drink station as a concession stand with cute flags reading off phrases such as "Go Team!" and "Hike!" Speaking of the concession stand, try to stay with the theme when it comes to what you are serving. No one wants crab cakes while watching a football game. Make sure to have hot dogs and hamburgers, chili, chips, cheese dip, etc.

Sweet Sidelines

The sweets you can get crazy with! Create a "sideline" section with all the sweet treats on it. Make this game day festive and fun with some cupcakes that show off your team spirit or some football cake pops. Make it fun!

Chalkboard Plays

To keep some decor on the table that goes along with the theme of game day, draw some football plays on a few medium sized chalkboards. Feel free to either lay them flat and place some food items on plates on top or use it as somewhat of a backdrop. It just tends to be a highly complimented decor item.
